Super SLOW!!! Don't tell them what you want off the menu, let them tell you what they have!!! They are ALWAYS running out of sides!! Good food if you could get what you want to order!!!
The service was great and restaurant very clean. Now the food, it was delicious. I just love the crispy chicken, and those biscuits humm, humm.
Really surprised at the quality, great fast food fried chicken. The service is fantastic, employees all seem happy, this was our third time visiting this location. Each time they try to get you served as quickly as possible and let you know how long it will be if your food is still cooking, even offer you quicker options. I don't mind waiting a few minutes to get what I want fresh and hot.
For the love of god these people are slow. I pulled into the drive through with only two cars ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes to get my food. Then they gave me the wrong order took it back then gave me the correct order but with out the ranch like I asked for.......okay now I finally get the correct amount of ranch......then they give me the wrong drink. These people look and act confused no matter what time of day it is, slow or busy. The management need to be scrapped and they need to hire people who are there to work and not just for the employee discount. Food was good.
I love Popeyes. I usually go inside because it tends to be quicker than the drive thru, ironically. My order is always accurate and the employees are great.
